Born into a family of traditional Madhubani painters, Ramesh Kumar has spent over 15 years perfecting the ancient art of Mithila painting. Each stroke in his work tells a story of Indian mythology, nature, and the rich cultural tapestry of Bihar.
His work has been exhibited in national galleries and he is a recipient of several state awards for excellence in handicrafts. He uses natural organic dyes and handmade paper to ensure each piece is as authentic as the traditions it represents.
